My appointment was on Friday, 19 July 2024. This was the day of mass computer problems with many places affected in one way or another. Everyone I interacted with was very patient and helpful, and even though they had no control over the problem, very apologetic. The office had managed to get a couple of computers up and everyone was doing the best they could to minimize confusion and wait times. I was impressed with how well everyone worked together to get through a very challenging event. Aside from this event, this is my second time seeing Dr Patel and I really enjoy seeing him. Dr. Patel is taking over the patients of now retired Dr. Broadbent, including myself. When I requested a rx for an overseas trip, Dr. Patel took the time to call me (multiple times because I didn't answer) and ensure I had everything I needed, fully understood all instructions, and answer any questions I had. In my regular appointment with him, he made sure I was not experiencing any adverse side affects and truly heard me when I said I had been struggling to sleep and fatigue. He made my rx refill process easier. The staff and nurses were great too - friendly, understanding, and kind.
