My appointment was on Friday, 19 July 2024. This was the day of mass computer problems with many places affected in one way or another. Everyone I interacted with was very patient and helpful, and even though they had no control over the problem, very apologetic. The office had managed to get a couple of computers up and everyone was doing the best they could to minimize confusion and wait times. I was impressed with how well everyone worked together to get through a very challenging event. Aside from this event, this is my second time seeing Dr Patel and I really enjoy seeing him.
