Other than it taking many months to get an appointment (which seems to have been in part due to incomplete information provided in the referral), this was one of the few very experiences I've had over the last couple of years in which I didn't feel rushed through or frustrated from some error in a prescription, lab order, communication barrier, etc. From the scheduler, to the nurse who checked me in, to the provider, to the nurse who tried to help me obtain medical supplies, to the lab tech - all were competent, professional, and courteous.

The full staff of the Endocrinologist office are the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever met. If I have any problems or questions they help you out immediately. All of them treat me wonderfully every time I attend the office. Even the ladies at the front desk are Very blessed...

My husband and myself go to this office but see different doctors. They have always worked with us so our appointments could be close in time because we live a good ways away. We have wonderful doctors, they have helped us so much with our diabetes. Love them!!

The nurse Rachel and my Dr. Were very genuine, truly caring and very informative. I was pleasantly relieved I finally got to see an Endocrinologist. I will recommend this practice to anyone that needs it.

This was a wonderful visit. Dr Y spent a great deal of time talking through my history and explaining my care plan over the next 1-2 years. I came to her because I was not satisfied in the previous Endocrine practice and my experience was completely different from the moment I walked in. I learned more about my diagnosis/endocrine journey in one hour with Dr Y than the past 2 years with my previous physician.

I am very satisfied with my care from this provider. I had to wait 6 months for my first visit, but it was worth the wait.

The whole experience was delightful. I felt that Dr. Yesaulava and the nurse I spoke with prior to Dr. Y both genuinely cared about what was going on with me. That kind of empathy sounds like it would be common, but in healthcare for some reason it isn't always. Everyone I dealt with during my visit was extremely kind, professional, and friendly. I'm impressed.

She has no bed side manners and I didn't like how she consulted me about my medicine or how my previous Dr was taking care of me it was like she was putting my Dr down I didn't like that

I don't like to provide my personal or any information at the desk where you get checked in. Anyone sitting in the waiting area can hear what you say as I heard the lady waiting online behind me when she went up to the desk to register. It is not personal and not secure.

This was a "first visit" and I realize it took a long time to schedule it because of that, but I had to wait about 6 months and I would have much preferred to get started on my diabetes treatment before then. She was recommended by my internist that retired in December.

Dr Yesaulava is the absolute best. She listens and works with the patient as a partner to improve my help. Love coming to see her - my health has definitely improved as a result of her care. I am serious, she is a rock star!

There were awesome from the time I walked into the office straight thru the visit including lab work and with phone calls I have received after I left this appointment. This office should be used as an example for other offices in Novant.

The nurse I think her name was Rachel went above and beyond to give me information and answer my questions. Dr. Y was fabulous and really was able to provide in depth answers to my questions and come up with a personalized treatment plan for me.

I was comfortable throughout my visit from beginning to end. The doctor used great detail about my health care. The other people on her team were respectful and helpful with their part of my visit. I am very happy with this group of wonderful people.
