Loved the staff and dr. Sharma. Did feel heard and felt there was a plan of action and possible next steps. Was very glad to know dr. Sharma is looking further into my calcium score and its ramifications. And took into consideration my allergies/reactions to medications. I do really like her. The nurse and front desk person were also very helpful& nice. I Do think in general, that doctors might do better offering more holistic treatments.

Both the NP and the Doctor were most attentive and helpful!!! As well as the front desk staff! A very good experience!!!

Dr Sharma was very pleasant and listened to my concerns and told me to contact her if I had other concerns

The appointment was scheduled two months out..when a patient has a new issue, the time scheduled is way too long.

She was so professional compassionate and went of her way to accomdate

Kindness and consideration were evident from the moment we arrived at Novant Mint Hill. A security officer saw my mother and settled her into a wheelchair as I parked. G.G., Dr. Sharma’s nurse, was friendly and personable as she verified & updated chart information. Dr. Sharma’s reassuring manner immediately put my mother at ease, and she was very thorough and thoughtful in explaining the plan of care. We’re so grateful to Dr. Sharma and her team for a very scary time into a positive experience.

Dr Sharma impressed me with her thorough exam, willingness to listen to my concerns/explain future tests. I’m so pleased to have her as my specialist, such a warm and caring bedside manner. She treated me as if I were her only patient that day.

My only complaint with this visit is the fact that I had to return on a different day to have blood drawn for lab work. It seems that could have been done at my appointment time without the necessity for a second visit to the office the following week.

Dr Sharma is a wonderful Doctor. She personally fit me into her schedule even though she was very busy. She took time to explain everything that was going on, the test she needed, and why. She is also a very kind and caring person. I feel very confident in her care.

I had a great time with my new Dr and I really like her. She is so easy to talk to and she answers all questions and takes time with me!!?. Dr Sharma is the BEST!!?

First time to a heart specialist I was extremely nervous all staff and Dr. were calming, reassuring and very nice and professional easy to talk to. Going back for recommended tests.

Everyone was nice and I didn’t feel rushed by the nurse or doctor. Dr. Sharma explained everything to me and her reasoning for her course of action.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Sharma, as I am a new patient at Novant. I saw P.A. Kelley Coleman in June. Dr Sharma and Ms Coleman were both very professional and knowledgeable of my health issues and showed compassion and care regarding my health issues. Dr Sharma’s nurse was excellent.
