Answered all questions

For this brief, first time meeting, I feel Dr. Sharma was knowledgeable and very capable to address my presenting issue. However, I felt little warmth from or connection to her as a person. Could have just been the day.

She didn't feel rushed. She made me feel like I could ask as many questions as I wanted and she would stay to give me satisfactory answers.

Very happy with my Dr. She listens to my concerns and explains my options.

First appointment with this physician. Records were not retrieved from previous doctor. My responsibility to check up on that? She was so irritated with me , it was a waste of time. Although I understand that, I felt I should have been instructed by the office if that was my responsibility. And since I wasn't, she could have been more professional and just begun with me as a new patient.
