I was very nervous about this appointment with Dr. Sangeetha because of the nature of the issue with a lesion found on my thyroid and going to see a new Dr. at new facility. I was pleased to be welcomed with friendly faces at check in desk and assistant Kalia and Dr. Sangeetha all very friendly and nice. I was very happy to get lots of info about the issue and also very happy to have the biopsy done in the exam room at this appointment. Dr. Sangeetha and staff were wonderful !!! Thank You to all

Dr. Muppavarapu always takes time to ensure that I understand all the issues associated with my condition and to answer all the questions I have. She and her team are engaging, professional, and thorough.

Dr. Muppo..is the best endocrinologist I have ever had for my diabetic needs..she and her staff go above and beyond any other Endocrinologist I have ever had dealings with in nearly 20 years of being a diabetic..Dr Muppo is top notch she's on top of her game..she knows exactly how to give the best care and treatments to her patients....She has a warm and caring heart..she goes beyond the standard of care..she's very thorough and I could not be happier ...I am glad she is MY Doctor she has helped me so much..my diabetes is better controlled and on its way to getting better. Things that I was not clear on I was given the information I needed to correct what I was not doing.

My endocrinologist was amazing, encouraging and easy to talk to. She was very thorough about my care.

The facility at 1918 Randolph Rd. is filthy. Carpets are so dirty they are beyond cleaning. It’s hard to believe Novant offices have been so neglected.

This was my first meeting with this MD and I was very pleased with my experience. I have recently retired from Novant after 29 years and realize a lot of people feel that as an RN you know and few explanations are given. I was not treated this way and grateful to experience the patient side with respect.
