My daughter, who is a retired nurse, was with me for my visit. She (and I) were so impressed with this doctor's visit, that my daughter plans to visit this same doctor for an appointment for herself. The doctor's name is too long to remember, but addressed the problem with just calling her "Dr.M." , which I thought was very thoughtful. Really enjoyed my visit with her.

I was very nervous about this appointment with Dr. Sangeetha because of the nature of the issue with a lesion found on my thyroid and going to see a new Dr. at new facility. Dr. Muppo..is the best endocrinologist I have ever had for my diabetic needs..she and her staff go above and beyond any other Endocrinologist I have ever had dealings with in nearly 20 years of being a diabetic..Dr Muppo is top notch she's on top of her game..she knows exactly how to give the best care and treatments to her patients....She has a warm and caring heart..she goes beyond the standard of care..she's very thorough and I could not be happier ...I am glad she is MY Doctor she has helped me so much..my diabetes is better controlled and on its way to getting better. Things that I was not clear on I was given the information I needed to correct what I was not doing.

My endocrinologist was amazing, encouraging and easy to talk to. She was very thorough about my care.

The facility at 1918 Randolph Rd. is filthy. Carpets are so dirty they are beyond cleaning. It’s hard to believe Novant offices have been so neglected.

This was my first meeting with this MD and I was very pleased with my experience. I have recently retired from Novant after 29 years and realize a lot of people feel that as an RN you know and few explanations are given. I was not treated this way and grateful to experience the patient side with respect.
