Dr. O was excellent, I felt seen and heard and all of my concerns were addressed in a kind and respectful manner.

I felt unheard and unknown when I left, as if he knew all the answers before I got there to ask questions. Rushed through testing results (which I could not see well on his computer) and I was not provided a hard copy. Even the visit summary contained no helpful information. Feeling a little lost right now. I feel like he felt he "knew " me through some numbers and wasn't interested in the whole picture.
