My father inspired me to pursue a life of service, and pediatrics felt like a natural fit from the start. There is something deeply meaningful about holding a premature infant, calming a frightened toddler, answering the curious questions of a growing child or connecting with a struggling teen. I always love the way the dr sits and talks to my son like he is an adult. He does not treat my son like he is non existent in the room he actually speaks to him asks him questions and listens to his concerns even though my son is only 9
