The staff were very helpful and the dr explained everything and made me feel that I was getting the best care I needed also that I could contact the dr if I had any questions no matter how small.

I have gone through a few providers who have left this office so when Dr. McGinnes left, I was pretty discouraged. I wanted to stay at this office because it’s so close to home and boy am I glad I did! I absolutely love this new doctor and pray he stays at this location.

Since the moment when I walk in the receptionist is so kind and makes me feel understand, the separate lobby is a great idea for prevent cross contamination between sick and well visit and is also clean and spacious, Tarra is kind and smiley ,make you feel you are in good hands, she fixed my list to currently medication and the last but the most important is the NP Seiji Borja who listened carefully and determined the best for my health and also give suggestions in my original language for better life change, They both took me to the front desk for my check out. which was quick and easy and have appointment able in my convenience

I was texting everyone I knew after my appointment. Can't say enough positive things about my "provider" and this office (Austin Village). Always such a friendly and helpful experience!
