This office is a pleasant place to visit, everyone is upbeat and positive from reception to X-ray to Mr Boles himself. Mr Boles listened to me - made suggestions that have helped me and encouraged me! Wonderful doctors and staff. I recommend these people to my friends facing knee surgery and intend to return in a few years for my other knee!

Pictures of my two hip replacements twenty years apart from that look perfect was really good news.

I am very happy with all the care and concern to help me recover quickly.

Dr Hess has been my PCP for 27 years. It will be hard or impossible to replace him when he retires.

I called a week or so before my appointment with questions and left a voicemail. No one called me back.

Ben and all the staff are always friendly and helpful.

They were very careful with my daughter. They also got us in quickly and did xrays and treatment plan fast as well! All my questions were answered and they were very nice. We also got a follow up appointment with ease.

The The staff and the physician assistant was very courteous and respectful, and I did not have to wait for my appointment time. They was on schedule and they done exactly what I needed as far as the problem I there for it was fully address.

I went in prepared to be ignored, fast tracked through and treated like I was wasting his time. I was treated this way by a previous orthopedic provider and I expected this would be the same. It was a completely different experience. He listened and not just to reply, he listened to understand my concerns and he explained everything in a way that was helpful and not condescending. I felt like I’d know him for years and was a friend. Not a first time patient. I wish more providers were like him.
