Dr. Kim is an excellent doctor who is caring and knowledgeable. She listens to me and responds to my concerns. I have complete confidence in what she says to me.

This office is consistently the best experience I have at any Novant facility. You really should model all the other offices After this one. They are efficient and courteous, and it just leaves you wishing every encounter could be like this. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs and they work hard to make sure people have a pleasant experience. This goes from the front desk person to the medical assistance to the doctor.
