Dr. Glover took a very poor approach to providing information to me regarding my pregnancy. She came in with a tone of mourning like the pregnancy had already been lost. She did not answer any of our questions directly and when pressed to better understand what she was saying (that contradicted what we were told by other doctors), she just kept saying the same indirect answers and did not demonstrate she was listening to us.

Dr. Glover was kind but not overly warm. She explained everything in a way I could easily understand and made sure I understood the risks and what would happen between now and the next appointment. Very professional

Again, everyone's tone in the office including the doctor was quite subdued. I expected a bit more enthusiasm for such an exciting time and good news for a new mom.
