This was an introduction to the practice as we recently relocated. After our visit we feel we made a great decision.

Janette Cherry was great! She was very knowledgeable, encouraging and answered all my concerns. I was a new patient and new to the state and she made me feel so relaxed. I can't say enough. I will always ask for her if I need to go back. Thank you so much!

I waited 45 minutes before I was taken to exam room. Nurse interview took 10 minutes. Medical history was not reviewed ahead of time. Saw the PA after another 15 minutes. Total time waiting 1 hour. Exam was around 18 minutes. To me not being prepared for the exam and taking an hour of my time waiting is not good healthcare. The providers were nice and I would see again. But the disrespect of my time is abhorrent.

PA Cherry was amiable and thorough. No privacy at restrooms. Other patients and many staff in that area collecting urine samples etc. A more private restroom inside treatment area would have been preferable.

Everything about my appointment for my Pre-Op exam went smoothly.

PA Cherry was attentive, kind, open and asked appropriate questions. Her assistant, however appeared somewhat confused and perhaps distracted. Her notes on my Visit Summary were not quite accurate. I will make the appropriate corrections prior to my next office visit.

Janette was very informative she took the time to listen to my concerns. She review my records with me and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and didn't wait long as with previous appointments. Great visit.

Wish I had a follow up call a few days later to see if medication which was prescribed worked-it didn't and will be calling again as the medicine didn't work and still have same complaint with no relief and it's one week later.

There was some difficulty in transiting my chart messages to actual physical conversation. I was concerned because it was the end of the day snd I needed a new prescription before the office clothes. this process could have been much improved by texting vice leaving messages on my chart or sending emails

The desk in the lobby seemed to be stopping people on the way out to discuss billing matters. I think this isn't a discrete place to do it

This was neither a routine nor urgent care visit. This was scheduled from the TCM team after an unexpected and scary hospital admission. Janette Cherry was compassionate, took her time with me, answered my questions and was simply fantastic. She was the first provider I saw after discharge and she really helped me when I was struggling to process all that happened. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and knowledge!

My experience with the staff since July has always been pleasant.

Moved back to Wilmington after living outside of charlotte for 7 1/2 years. Appt was to establish myself with a Health care facility and provider, very impressed with the care Jeanette Cherry gave me, she let me explain my health situation and listened to my concerns... It's been very long since I left a Drs office smiling.

Disappointed that I did not get verbal follow-up to appt....only text. There was no communication as to final diagnosis, only Rx's and the rationale for them.

Very pleasant experience. Janette Cherry was a refreshing change of pace to the doctor I saw in Supply. It is worth the 1 hour drive to have someone who understands and cares about my health needs. I hope I can continue to see her and my wife can become her patient as well.

Ms Cherry had obviously gone through my chart and meds, knew my risk factors for Covid, and prescribed something that would not interact with my cardiac meds. The med was called in right away and I took the first dose that evening. Very pleased with my encounter.

The person that walked me back from waiting room was disinterested. And she was very hard to understand!! She slurred or didn't annunciate words.

It was a welcome relief to have Janette review my bloodwork. She talked about what was good and then mentioned what needed improvement. The last time I was in that office with the recently departed doctor, she stormed in, screamed at me for the one thing that was off, and demanded I double my medication. That left me in tears.

Dr Cherry asked appropriate questions, listened to all my concerns, discussed my bloodwork, and was easy to talk too. The staff was also friendly.

Janette, PA, was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She responded to my messages after my appointment and I would recommend her to others.

It would be helpful if the physician or physician assistant responded to all voiced concerns. It would also be helpful for ten he/she/they to explain what they are doing when providing a procedure, such as feeling a patient's abdomen, and provide an explanation as to what the result seems to be. I left the appointment with no understanding of any of the concerns voiced in the appointment and no indication of what I should do about them.

As my doctor was out of office she great care for me and my problem

I was very pleased with my visit and left feeling I understood what the problem was and how to deal with it. The medication Miss Cherry gave me was so very helpful and provided much needed relief from my problem. I am most grateful to her and the staff.
