Just let you know I drive almost an hour and 20 minutes just to come to the doctor's here.

Doctor Cherry was exceptional. This is not my regular PCP (unfortunately) but I had an acute need and she was available so I was scheduled with her. She made sure to get information about me, diagnosed my problem, and educated me about solutions. She was very thorough in her work.

It was my 1st visit with Janette since she was "sitting in" for Dr. Allen (I will be seeing Dr. Martin in the fall). Provided excellent healthcare services

My regular physician had an unexpected need to be out of town on my original appt date. The scheduler was great to find me a PA who could see me on the following day. Also, I was ordered an unscheduled CAT scan on the day of my appt, the X-ray scheduler worked hard to get the insurance approval and squeeze me in for the procedure very quickly. Great team work, professionalism and care.

When I called to see if I could get into see him was told he would off on the requested day. The scheduling person advised the PA was available at the end of the day and I asked her to make the appointment. I saw Janette Cherry who was very professional, friendly and intentive. Her diagnosis was spot on confirmed by the Ultrasound. She is a great asset to the clinic.

I waited 45 minutes before I was taken to exam room. Nurse interview took 10 minutes. Medical history was not reviewed ahead of time. Saw the PA after another 15 minutes. Total time waiting 1 hour. Exam was around 18 minutes. To me not being prepared for the exam and taking an hour of my time waiting is not good healthcare. The providers were nice and I would see again. But the disrespect of my time is abhorrent.

PA Cherry was amiable and thorough. No privacy at restrooms. Other patients and many staff in that area collecting urine samples etc. A more private restroom inside treatment area would have been preferable.

PA Cherry was attentive, kind, open and asked appropriate questions. Her assistant, however appeared somewhat confused and perhaps distracted. Her notes on my Visit Summary were not quite accurate. I will make the appropriate corrections prior to my next office visit.
