The staff are always pleasant, neat looking, and welcoming. The providers are knowledgeable, take time and appointments never feel rushed, and are always kind even willing less than cooperative children.

The staff at this office is phenomenal. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a provider and other medical professionals.

Dr was very personable. I really appreciated that. The lab techs were very patient and helpful in drawing blood, which is usually a traumatic experience for my daughter.

The nurse was the best!!! They were very patient with us while answering their questions. Dr.Kay was okay. I felt like there was no sense of urgency to get to us, I understand she had an appointment before us and might’ve been behind but we waited about 45-50 minutes for her. Checked in 11am, nurse took weight, height, took us to room, asked us some questions and after that it was probably 11:30 when the nurse was done with us. We didn’t see Dr Kay until 1225pm. We were able to hear her talk to the patient next to us and didn’t sound like she had that urgency to come to our room. Longest appointment we been too.

It is always hard as a parent waiting to see a specialist for your child. Dr K and her team were worth the wait. Her entire team of medical assistants and nurses were very kid friendly. If they said they were leaving the room for 5 minutes to get something, they were only gone 5 minutes. Every person introduced themselves and told me what their role was. Worked seamlessly as a team. My husband and myself are both doctors. I was so very impressed. Her treatment plan and follow ups were directly communicated. We live an hour and a half away. They found a lab to do a specific blood draw closer to our home so we did not have to drive back for blood work. So accommodating. I completely trust my child’s care with Dr K and her team.
