I was on a waitlist, because January 24 was the earliest appointment I could get for an annual appointment that should be in November. I really appreciate your system of messaging when one becomes available. I had turned down three appointments, because I was waiting for November. when I received a notice in the evening that the next day one was available at 10 AM. I had sent a recording from my ILR that day, because of how I was feeling. Even though Dr. Rubery wasn’t aware before that morning that I would be coming in, he quickly reviewed the ILR findings and discovered that I was having episodes of aFib. He started me on Eliquis and will follow my ILR until I come back in three months. I really appreciate him.

The only complaint I have about this practice is that every time I'm scheduled to see Dr Rubery he is an hour behind. I waited 2 hours my first appointment and 1 hour the latest appointment. Why is his time more valuable than mine?

Dr. Rubery is amazing! He was warm, personable, and knowledgeable. What set him apart was how well he listened to my story and answered my questions. The result was a treatment plan that fits me very well. I trust him implicitly. And I left his office with a smile on my face and some zip in my step! My dr was great! I had previously seen a PA in that office and do not plan to see her again. She sent a rx into pharmacy with wrong directions. I knew what dose I was to take or I may be dead if I took what the rx said. Scary. She made me feel like I was bothering her and wasting her time. Actually she told me I was. Not a good visit with her at all.

Dr. Rubery is a very professional, personable and knowledgeable doctor. I am very fortunate to have him as my cardiologist!
