I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Novant so far! I just moved to NC and have had my fair share of different doctors so know that finding a good one can be challenging. My first visit was my yearly and to establish care and I was so impressed/excited by how nice my doctor was. I had a different doctor for this urgent visit and he treated me the same way. Courteous, listened, kept me informed, talked to me about any of my concerns, and just had respect. Even the nurses and checking in everyone was kind. You don’t get the feeling that they don’t want to be there and you being there is an annoyance. Overall just very happy and satisfied with my two experiences so far! It isn’t much but it was enough to make me more than happy to give my feedback and say how appreciative I am to have good care.

I have recommend Dr Manshadi to other friends of mine that are “chicken” to see a Dr. Not unlike them, I have had less than stellar experiences with some other docs in the past. Dr. Manshadi is awesome! He is non-judging when it. Ones to some bad habits, like smoking, but will “strongly encourage” you to change bad habits like that. All in all, I trust him with my healthcare decisions and I feel you can as well. I trust and respect him as my Dr.

Everything was perfect

Dr. Manshadi was personable, and cared greatly about my health. He has ordered tests and plans to look into my medicines. This was a first visit because our doctor quit at Novant Crown Point. I am greatly impressed with Dr. Manshadi, and am greatful I found him.

I was concerned about seeing a new doctor, since my regular doctor has been on medical leave. All and all it was a very good experience.
