We were very impressed with Dr. Former. He was empathetic and took the time to walk us through the details of a complex surgery. He explained time lines and next steps to help us navigate around a college student's schedule. He made us very comfortable with working with him as our surgeon.

Dr. Wormer is extremely good at what he does, and you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. He had a casual conversation with me throughout my office procedure, and that made me feel a lot better and distracted me. Dr. Wormer also asked me multiple times if I was in pain during the procedure to ensure the numbing medication was working, and you can tell he really cares.
