Dr Hawfield very empathetic to my son's melanoma treatment...my son lives in Charlotte and the melanoma has returned from remission for the third time...7 years ago had first occurrence stage III and spread to lymph nodes in ear region. Doctor keeps close watch on me. Very personable and explained cancer treatments come a long way to give me hope. Vicky and Desari very courteous especially Vicky is so very kind and personal. That says a lot to me about how staff is valued, and I KNOW that I am valued patient. He and the staff members put the “care” in healthcare. That’s becoming more and more rare these days.
