I was pleased and impressed with Dr. Reynolds willingness to engage in discussion. I believe we ultimately came to ab agreement about moving forward that we feel is right for me at this time.

He listened to all my questions and answered them in a way I could understand. And made me feel comfortable with any procedures that needed to happen in the future.
