My path to pediatrics began before I even started school. As early as age 5, I knew I wanted to work with children in some way. That calling became deeply personal when I was diagnosed with childhood cancer. The care I received shaped who I am, and working with kids has been my passion ever since. Pediatrics is the only specialty I could ever imagine for myself. Children are my people.
