I had a positive experience! I was seen within 3 minutes of my arrival. I was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes after being seated by the nurse. Both the nurse and the doctor was very patient ,through and caring. The intake staff was very helpful and Caring also.

Dr Kerchner was extremely nice & understanding concerning my cortisone phobia. He answered all my questions & extremely every single step. I will definitely go back to him.

I was there to have my bandage and stitches removed. The PA and nurse evaluated my hand and advised. Dr Valentine performed an excellent procedure, all is well.

As with prior appointments, Bryan, listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to explore all aspects of what the problem might be. He clearly explained the issue and the potential treatments. Always professional, personable, and knowledgeable.

First time with Bryan,he was very insightful, & recommended surgery again which I have been trying to avoid for almost 5 years, since Dr. Valentine told me I would need.

Professional visit!

My husband and I both had appointments with the PA. The nurse called to make sure we were aware that the appointment wasn't with the surgeon and comfortable seeing the PA, which we were. What impressed me most was she found us after the visit and asked how was our visit and were we ok. That made me smile and my husband whom seldom smile for healthcare workers joined in with a grin.

I was hesitant regarding my appointment, based upon a previous experience, but this was a great experience. The provider was reassuring and thorough. I really appreciate the care given at this visit.

I was made to feel extremely comfortable by the Doctor and Staff. This Dr. answered questions for me before I asked them. He explained every procedure before he did it (I hate needles but he told me so I knew it was coming). Novant is the best.

The doctor was very nice, respectful, patiently listened, completely explained everything, yet was quick and the nurse came in immediately after to give me the cortisone shots. All were very nice and friendly.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and very personable. I trusted him to give me a shot of cortisone in my hand. I would trust him again to put another shot in my hand if it needs it.

All of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. From check in to check out, it was a great experience.

I felt that no one wanted to give me a resolution. He was blunt and said there was nothing I could do but take ibuprofen and ice my hand when it hurts. He also brought up that he thinks I have an autoimmune disease but made no recommendation on what I should do or a doctor I should see. I was not satisfied with the answers that I was given.
