I had not met Bryan Kitchener before but he answered all my questions. He also gave me advice on how to care for the hand that I had the carpel tunnel surgery on. He was very informative.

PA Kurshner (sp?) was a delightfully mug person and very personable. I would have no hesitation seeing him again. Very professional, a great conversationalist and paid attention to detail. Dr. Valentine and Novant are blessed to have him.

It was another perfect appointment. The check in staff is great, especially Aaron who remembered me and my birthday. I was there one week before my birthday, came back the next and he remembered me and personally wished me happy birthday. I tell all my family/friends about how great Dr Holmsley, Dr Valentine, Dr Baron (husband's dr) and the PA's, nurses and check out. Everyone gets my high marks. We've been coming here before the new building and each experience is successful. Great place, Cotswold. Thank you.

I had a positive experience! I was seen within 3 minutes of my arrival. I was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes after being seated by the nurse. Both the nurse and the doctor was very patient ,through and caring. The intake staff was very helpful and Caring also.
