My appointment was with Dr. Hernandez. I felt very comfortable with him and definitely trust him to do the best for me. He listened to all my concerns and explained everything. I received all my medical information and test results in the patient portal. I had questions that Dr. Hernandez responded to quickly.

I only regret I didn't come to Novant sooner. My sister has been telling me to for years but I remained with Baptist which I now regret. From Check In to now I feel I received more care from Novant than I ever have from Baptist.

I love the care and attention shown by each person with whom I interacted during my visit. They were very courteous, helpful, attentive and kept me informed. I will return and also recommend this practice to my friends.

Dr. Hernandez and Nurse Melinda as well as the phlebotomist were all very attentive and provided great care. Dr. Hernandez was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns.
