We have been very happy with Novant since moving to the area two years ago

Felt rushed by nurses, assistants. They erroneously came into my exam room & the room next to me. My Covid test was done twice. I was there for a sore throat but the focus seemed to be on Medicare wellness visit. Dr Sheatsley was patient and treated me with respect as usual.

The dr talked to me and explained everything to me . I really liked and appreciated the Dr. He is Number 1. And I really like he. Number 10

Dr Sheatsley did not spend more than eight minutes with me. Very rushed. This was my “Annual Medicare Wellness visit”. He wants to see me twice a year now. We live in an extremely fast growing area with a shortage of medical professionals. It is difficult for new residents to establish themselves as patients. Unnecessary appointments could be one of the reasons.

I really like my Doctor. He was such a good listener and I never felt that I was wasting his time. I’m old enough to remember when you had to drive to Wilmington to get adequate care. Thankfully Novant changed that. Now I’m five mins away from my healthcare facility and Dr.

While the rest of.the county was rushing around preparing for an appeoaching hurricane, Dr. Sheatsley was intently listening to my myriad of varying issues and concerns as if I was his only concern. The nurses and all staff were comforting and friendly and wonderful at their jobs. I wish everyone could be so fortunate as to experience their health care needs the way I have at this office. My Novant doctors ate so important and they take the time to make me feel that the sentiment is mutual.
