I had an unexpected emergency oncology visit due to excruciating back pain that made it nearly impossible to walk, sit, or stand. My provider was exceptionally thorough and compassionate-taking time to review prior scan and today's lab results, explain the findings clearly, and discuss the next steps in my treatment plan, including pain management options. I truly appreciated how well everything was communicated and how supported I felt during such a difficult and painful visit. The level of care and professionalism shown made a tremendous difference
