Dr. Daniel is not only a brilliant doctor, he's probably the only medical provider I know of that doesn't make you wait!

After making an appointment, I get too many notices about the appointment. Two emails, a text which I verified, then a follow up call. It's definitely overkill. This has nothing to do with my physician. I don't need this many reminders of an appointment that I made!

The lab portion of visits brings down overall experience. Waits are longer and no customer service. There is typically no one at counter to sign in or if there is there is no real acknowledgment or interaction at sign in. Overall customer service could improve to meet that of the rest of the experience

first of all it was good news. But i felt he explained everything to me!

Dr Daniel fit me into a scheduled appointment slot after I had emailed my autumn hall PCP the day before asking to evaluate an injury. Prompt MyChart response from my PCP clinical team and I replied to their question. The office called 8 am the next day to schedule me for early afternoon with Dr. Daniel (PCP away from office). He got XR to confirm fracture right there in office and got me taken care of. Dr Daniel and team all functioned exactly as I would want a health care delivery system to work - responsive PCP/staff, backup for PCP (Dr daniel), scheduled appointment at interval appropriate for the clinical condition, and NO ER or URGENT CARE visit. Everything taken care of one location and NO UNNECESSARY SPECIALTY referral. Perfect. I implemented Dr Daniel's recommendation and improvement yesterday-to-today is greater than improvement the prior 24 hours. So far so good. And yes, everyone who interacted with me validated my identity which I really appreciate as a way to prevent medical errors. And everyone was kind to me. Whole visit process << 1 hour. Thank you. I hope the rest of that day went smoothly for the team as is did for me during my visit. Everyone is trying hard to take care of people.

Dr Daniel and his staff waste little time getting to the point, which I appreciate. I know that some people find it "off putting," but those of us who value our time and his, find it refreshing. If you want casual conversation, go to the senior center for gin rummy.

Besides my routine visit, I had a concern regarding my left hand after examining my hand he ask my hand to be x-rayed, which I did. It was discovered i had a break in my wrist. I was referred to Emerg Ortho. Thanks to Dr Daniel I was seen the same day and now I wear a cast. I could have injured it more if I waited. Very pleased with the service I received
