It was great and thorough. Everyone was very helpful and knew their job.

The provider and staff were excellent. My problem is that my internist does not belong to Novant. She requested that I obtain a written copy of my most recent cat scan results for her to see. I did my best to fill that request online prior to my appointment, but have no idea if it was successful. So I asked the staff to make a copy of the results while I waited. Instead, I was given a form to fill out, which neither she nor I was familiar with. I didn't have the needed mail or phone info with me so she guessed which parts of it I would need fill out. I did and she told me that she would give it to the man in charge of such matters. I left with nothing, including info as to when my internist would be getting the test results.

I had to wait 1 year and 3 months for an appointment

Dr Legere is fantastic however he is forced to cancel and reschedule patients at the last minute because the hospital doesn't schedule his time ahead of time and forces him to be reactive instead of proactive. I don't think that's fair to him or his loyal patients.

I actually went to my appointment on the wrong day. The receptionist told me not to leave until she had spoke to the doctor. They talked to the doctor and he saw me anyway.

My provider was amazing. He went over everything with me, answered all of my questions and was an all around genuine person. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone in my position

I would like to thank them for making me feel at ease over something that I had been worried about.

I really needed to see Dr. Legere for my coughing and wheezing and runny nose. With the Prednisone he ordered, I'm already feeling better.
