I am so thankful Dr Crook is my doctor. We discussed a previous hospitalization and to tell the truth. I have never had it explained to me like she did. She is so prepared for what is going on with me. Dr Crook is a top notch doctor and I'm thankful she is my provider.

Dr Crook explained all of steps and the reasons for the treatments clearly and precisely Excellent knowledge of my case in preparation for the consultation If the location of treatment was closer to my home I would have definitely been thinking about a change in my health care team!

I'm currently traveling from Indiana for my appts with Dr Crook. THAT says a lot about how I feel about her care!

This was the first time I had been in the oncology department since my husband passed from lung cancer in July. I was in tears and my nurse took extra time and care to assist me so that she could continue to prepare me for my exam. I can’t remember her name but I commend her for her patience and empathy during this difficult time for me. Dr Crook was also patient as I continued to struggle with this devastating situation.

I always have a good visit. Everyone is always polite and friendly. I plan to continue to see my Dr. at the facility. I have always had good visits.

My experience has been exceptional. EVERYONE has been kind and caring. My husband and I have felt comfortable asking questions and having them answered. Our stress levels and worries have been eased by the caring and compassionate staff members at all facilities I have gone to.
