Dr. Hennion always takes the time to listen to me, make his recommendations, and include me in decisions. There are times when some of my chronic issues seem to irritate him and get under his skin. He casually asked about them during the visit and I answered truthfully, which seemed to irritate him. While it bothers me, he's not alone, because essentially all of my providers are tired of dealing with me, because I'm not a textbook patient. What is unique is that he at least takes the time to listen to me and assess me for my other new concerns and/or concerns that aren't related to the chronic issues, when other providers would have already labeled me and written me off before they even saw me.
