I feel that Jordan listened to me about my condition and explained possible treatment and risks thoroughly.

Very grateful for the nurse/PA that saw me on this appointment. She took the time to explain a few things that were not explain to me in the hospital. She took the time to look it up online and find diagrams, so that I understood what had been done surgically.

First night stay. RN seem to have trouble meeting my request ( was late at night)Bed linen soiled by tubing was overlooked by group inED. I didn't see it but others did. Other shifts seemed to check on me more. All in all really not bad. But did ask!!!!

When I called regarding my bloodwork l wasn't called back and ended up in ER

The group of people that took care of me were very professional kind and very helpful

nurses did not communicate with me while I laid in a bed for 4 hours and no bothered to let me know when my surgery was going to start. did not see one person my wife had to go and find someone to ask.

Jordan listened and understood my concerns about my gallbladder issue and we both agreed that I don't need to have surgery at this time. She explained what symptoms to expect if my gallbladder becomes worse. I asked what foods to avoid and Jordan had a handout printed for me. She explained that I can contact them at any time if my symptoms worsen in order to schedule a new appointment to discuss surgery, but that if I am in severe pain, to go to the ER.

I was able to talk with the caregiver (Jordan) about our common roots - both of us being from New York. Also enjoyed talking with nurse Edwin. All staff were super friendly!

The appointment exceeded my expectations

I felt extremely comfortable with both RN and PA who attended me.

My nurse Madison wS absolutely awesome. She had the qualities of a goddess. She took care of me and my family with the most respect and care. I never thought people could be so caring. She deserves a raise and a plaque. Definitely the nurse of the year!!!

Jordan was easy to talk to and she answered all of my questions.

The door into the building did not easily accommodate my wider wheelchair. Difficulty getting though hallways and doors of building. This is not acceptable for a medical facility.

Jordan was great ! She explained everything clearly and what tests she recommends after the visit. Edwin was great also, very informative and kind.
