I am generally nervous, anxious and really dislike going to the doctor. However, at Novant, my wait time was probably less tan 5 minutes. That reduced my anxiousness. The nurse who worked me up was so nice that it took my mind off the visit. She along with everyone else, including the provider, was so friendly and personable. The other medical staff who attended to me were fast and efficient with the same friendly, personable style. For a guy like me who is naturally anxious about doctor visits, the staff there made me feel like I was among friends even though I had never met them before my visit. Great experience. Glad I chose to come here. Thank you. I won't be so nervous from now on.

On October 29,2024 I had 2 appointments with Novant providers. The first occurred at 9:20 am with Nurse Practioner, Stephanie Garcia. Ms. Garcia was very helpful, supportive, and professional. She asked me if there was anything more she could help me with. I like her. I will continue to seek treatment with Ms. Garcia. In the afternoon I saw Dr. Brown. He was extremely thorough in reviewing my MRI, with me. His examination was thorough. He told me what to do next, in order for him to give me a complete diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable of my existing conditions. I enjoyed talking to him. Both Ms. Garcia and Dr. Brown practiced active listening skills.

Was seen by a stand-in NP while my regular had to be out for an extended period. She was fine.

She was not my regular Dr. ,but they had a cancelat.ion & worked me in. I was needing approval for one of my meds. & she was able to send it in. Very nice lady. I would be happy to see her again any time.

I just appreciate all of the staff there as they have always been very kind, compassionate, and professional.

Could not be seen by Dr Rhoden after test. He was out of town at my apt time. I was put off more than month for apt. I felt, with having battery of test, I should have been seen earlier. I am a long time patient there. I am very happy with Dr Rhoden, but I was not happy with this situation. I was pleased to have Stephanie go over my test. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable . This is my first time to have a complaint, but feel it was honest and needed. Thank you, Jewel Bondurant

Professional and courteous - excellent quality of care.

It was a normal Medicare Wellness appointment and it was my first time meeting Stephanie and I was very impressed by her.

My appointment was very prompt. The staff listened to all my concerns and addressed them. I felt very listened to and cared about. I left with a good plan to improve my health and a plan to follow up with my provider.

I like laughing and it is easy to do that here. I like especially that a manual cuff was used instead of a the machine. The machine hurts so bad that just seeing it gives me high anxiety, which of course makes my blood pressure go up.

Everyone was super nice and I left with a smile, really great service.

My husband was also seen by Stephanie Garcia FNP. We both were completely satisfied with our first visit. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. I can’t say enough how pleased we were with our new provider.

Stephanie was wonderful. I am normally nervous about new providers but I felt comfortable with her, especially because she cared about what procedures I did it did not want. She advised me professionally but with empathy also .
