I felt from the beginning of my arrival at the front desk and my greeting from the receptionist was very professional. The ladies were smiling and told me to wait. Dr. Jamal’s medical assistant came to get me and began her processing of my medical information. She was very professional and knowledgeable going over my medical information. She led me to the exam room to wait on Dr, Jamal. Dr. Jamal arrived and was cordial and professional. We talked about lab results and what Things I needed to have completed. They included several immunizations and my scheduled colonoscopy. I felt that my medical needs were handled properly.

I feel very comfortable and relaxed seeing Dr. Jamal. I’m glad I found her.

While driving home after our visit, we both agreed we really like Dr. Jamal and and hope to keep her as our primary care physician. She is great! Also, every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful.

The front desk handled my check in with a smile with a welcoming tone. I was taken back to be seen by Dr Jamal by a nurse that administered height, weight and general questions. Dr Jamal is always smiling and makes me feel that she’s happy to see me. I feel very comfortable and she answers all my questions with explanations to my understanding.

Dr Jamal is very intelligent and caring she explains fully asked a lot of questions and gives a lot of great answers I would recommend her to anyone in my family and anyone that I meet

Staff very gracious, eager to help & Explain. Dr Jamal has always been very thorough, knowledgeable, ask & listens with suggestions to help or better my health. I was never rushed or denied to express my concerns or thoughts. She is an excellent Doctor…. I respect and trust her.

Dr. Jamal always listens and makes me feel comfortable. The lab technicians also made me feel very comfortable. I got a referral to a specialist quickly and my chart made it easy to access information that I needed.

While my visits to this office are always positive and professional and my PCP appears very knowledgeable and concerned for my health, I was not too happy about the fact that it took about 30 minutes after being brought into the examining room before the doctor came in.

I felt so relaxed from the beginning to the end of my visit. I could sense the kindness and care all the way through. It was a very good experience that way beyond my expectation.
