The issues with HVAC system did make it very uncomfortable in the facility . The day I was seen it was very cold in the building. Staff and Doc were outstanding .

This was a new appointment with Dr Friedman. I was glad to get seen so quickly snd everyone was great. Five stars for everyone. Nurse was great as was xray person also.

I thoroughly enjoyed having Brittney working with me to get my chart updated and taking my vitals. She is so caring and clearly is in the right profession. As usual, Dr. Friedman was very attentive and gave me very helpful information.

The phlebotomist was very unfriendly and didn't even say hello. She seemed irritated and unprofessional.

My appointment was at 10:30. I was seen by the doctor at 11:30. I was informed by a nurse that there was a delay at 10:50. The nurse kept me informed and apologized for the delay. Otherwise the visit was as expected.

Dr. Friedman is an excellent physician. He gives excellent recommendations on how he would handle an issue if he had the same problem. Cole does an amazing job with the Medicare questionnaire. He was very friendly and I was very comfortable discussing items with him. Brittany also did a very good job in keeping me informed on the status of my appointment.

I really like this provider and glad I switched. I feel like he really cared and listened to me.

"How likely would you be to recommend this to friends", well, I have 5 friends in Wilmington who go to Dr. Friedman, some of my family members, go to Dr. Friedman, anyone who asks me who the best Dr. in Wilmington is, the answer is "Dr. Friedman". I'm not joking. Moving here as a gay man was intimidating from a medical perspective, especially since I don't "seem" gay. Dr. Friedman has always made me feel comfortable, was knowledgeable in the applicable medical things, and always made sure I understood the treatment too. In my X years on earth, I've never had a better doctor. He's amazing.

He listens intently, understands, is caring, thorough, patient, kind, & knowledgeable- he does not talk down to or over you- the nurses who took my vitals were very good- one was explaining procedures to a trainee & she was very patient & helpful to her & I- they were friendly & listened to my concerns & made note of them for Dr. Friedman- the EKG tech was equally as pleasant- she performed the procedure with knowledge & care- I feel well taken of by this provider & staff- thanks Dr. Friedman!!

Dr. Friedman was great in asking me multiple times if I had any further questions, listened to me and gave me the time to answer my questions. I did feel like I was rushed for Dr. Friedman to get to his next appointment. I only issue I has was getting blood drawn from a student learning the process. I was willing to have her try but the multiple times of the needle to find the vein was painful and left a large bump which caused me concern. Finally the other trained staff member pulled the needle out and drew blood from my other arm.

Dr. Freeman was a joy to meet for the first time. He was careful to listen to all my needs and willing to work with me to resolve all of them. Good to know there more doc like him there.

This was my first visit. Glad with their care.

First visit to this provider and it took a long time to get this scheduled and had to be scheduled several months out. That was very frustrating.
