Dr. Joseph Friedman is very easy to communicate with, and he provides comprehensive answers to my questions.
Dr. Friedman recommended I take a cardiac calcium exam to check for high cholesterol levels. Even though my numbers have been good for years, I have been taking crestor, and have had no cardiac symptoms, he explained It might reveal plaque buildup. He thought It was worthwhile even though I would have to pay $125 out of pocket. I took the test this morning and received a too high Agatston score of 764. Within hours Dr. Friedman had given me a referral to a cardiologist and I have an appointment next week. Thank you and good call, Dr. Friedmman!!!
