Dr. Allison's always on point and doesn't waste a lot of time, which I really appreciate. I understand how difficult It Is to see a lot of needy patients and make them feel like they have been heard and problems addressed, all while struggle to stay on time so that the remaining patients aren't inconvenienced. I don't believe I've ever waited more than 5 or 10 minutes. Patients believe it's always the doctors fault when they have to wait an hour plus each time they see their doc. Yes, some of that is the fault of overbooking, but an exceptional doctor can manipulate the schedule, the late patients, The demanding patience, the rude patient, the "lists" patients, the emergencies, and all of the extraneous crap dumped on them by the insurance companies and still make a patient feel like they were seen on time, not rushed, and given an appropriate amount of time for their complaint. Dr. Allison does it well.
