Emily and the Southeast team are amazing!

Emily is so kind and understanding. she always listens and answers every question, I never feel rushed during an appointment. She is thorough and knowledgeable. I trust her completely with my care. I also saw Melissa for an ultrasound and she is incredible as well. They both made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for.

This is my 3rd pregnancy. This is the first one seeing Emily. I was really hoping due to her midwife background I would get a simpler and more personal experience. However I did not feel that she was listening completely through my pregnancy.

I was hesitant changing practitioners when I was informed that my GYN was no longer with the practice. Since I did not get a chance to research for a new one, I opted to keep the visit scheduled because I was already behind for routine care. I am so glad that I did! I met Emily (CNM) for the first time and she was truly remarkable! She was caring, compassionate, and patient with questions I had. I loved that she took the time to address all of my concerns and best of all, she provided valuable education on symptom management including a detailed explanation on the plan of care, and covered all aspects of my care and needs. I find many practitioners these days forget the importance of patient education. She was really thorough and I could not have had a better visit.

I felt at ease and comfortable during my visit

I developed severe symptoms Friday morning and called the office to see if there was any chance I could be worked into the schedule. I was called back immediately, and my provider was able to see me within an hour of my call. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I am so grateful that they were able to fit me in!
