My father was diagnosed with cancer when I was in high school, and my daughter was in the neonatal intensive care unit for several months after she was born. Emily Ellington made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole appointment as a new, young patient. She explained everything thoroughly and listened intently to any question, providing a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and reassuring answer. She explained the purposes behind processes, and operated with caution. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my first visit. I came in nervous, and left feeling calm and reassured due to her kindness and level of care.
