Tiffany Tran was so caring and answered all my questions and was very thorough!!!

The PA with whom I spoke and who cared for me was very kind and proficient as well as well informed. Tiffany answered all my questions and addressed all my needs with expert care. I would be very comfortable seeing her again and entrusting her with my care. I hope to see her many more times in then future.

My thing is is Dr Tiffany broke everything down in simple terms for me through our conversation while getting checked out and I told him what had happened which made my visit because of me being a carpenter and doing things that I shouldn't have been doing that I'm a people person so I told her about that and then she broke it down into my heart which is like veins being the plumbing in the arteries and such like that which made it very easy for me to understand about the heart and how it works and this building and the structure and that's what I like about novant and all the people that work there and just like that everything

The scheduler was fantastic and went over and above. The PA was fantastic. The nurse who greeted me was OK.

Tiffany was very thorough. I had a list of questions and she was very patient and answered them to my satisfaction. She took a lot of time with me and I did not feel rushed at all.

I found the provider, Ms. Tran to be knowledgeable, respectful, and a good listener. She understood my problem and discusses, and explained, the medicine with me before prescribing it. The medicine, and the time to take it were helpful and I am more comfortable with it than with the medicine I was taking, although effective in lowering the blood pressure. Thanks
