The Doctor was very matter of fact. Didn't seem to listen to our concerns. Her bedside manner needs work. Dealing with dementia is difficult for patient and caregiver. More empathy would have helped.

Dr Jiang was a breath of fresh air. She explained everything in terms I could understand and appears to be very up to date on information relevant to my condition.

She was the most personable neurologist I’ve ever seen. Definitely listens to her patients.

Ever since I had switched from private practice to corporate type of care (Novant) what I feared has now become the complete opposite. It’s truly the best thing I ever did.
