I'm waiting for the results of bloodwork taken after my meeting with Dr. Jiang. I'm still unclear about what I need to do to lessen the impact of my peripheral neuropathy, or even if further tests might suggest what I have is something entirely different. I had two appointments postponed before I met with Dr. Jiang - once by her and once by me because I was having a shoulder surgery. I'm not sure if I should be taking medication for my condition and I'm not scheduled to see Dr. Jiang for another year.

Every one was polite and respectful and listened.

The nurse that did my weight was really nice. The assistant that checked me out was really nice and conversation exchange was great.

Not completely knowing what to expect from a Neurologist, except for using the internet for info, Dr. Jiang was helpful. After listening to my problems and performing a couple of tests, I was advised that I need to see a Vascular physician for the burning and tingling in different parts of my body and vein concerns. I appreciate her honesty, time spent and not ordering unnecessary tests. Back to the "Drawing Board".

I had to wait months for an appointment. Office location was too far away.

Appointments need to be scheduled closer together to take care of my health so that I don't continue to suffer in the interim between appointments times. 6 to 12 weeks is not acceptable to my problem

I feel safe and think that this facility is going to give me the care I've been needing for a long time and find the problems I'm having.

Dr. Jiang was very thorough and concerned about my well-being. She delved deep into my situation and is doing her best to remedy my health problems. Her staff, especially, Amber were professional, compassionate, and caring. I highly recommend this provider.

Had to wait 7 months for an appointment. To me this seems like too long of a time to wait. Other than the wait, the service provided was outstanding.

Dr. Jiang (I apologize if I misspelt her name, I have not seen it on any text yet.) was the nicest neuro I have met so far, she conveyed her thoughts and reasoning, worked with me on understanding what direction we needed to go in, what to work on, and commended my accomplishments this far. If not for Dr. Jiang I would be in a worse spot mentally and physically and have to be searching for a neuro elsewhere.

Dr. Jiang was very knowledgable and answered all my questions completely and in easy-to-understand language. She was not rushed, which means a lot to me! I definitely recommend her!

Other than taking so long to get an appointment, I found Dr. Jiang to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, listened to me, and had answers for my issues.

Hard to find elevator

Unlike another doctor, Dr. Jiang is still trying to find out what is causing my condition. For that, I am extremely Greatful. Even if it means that I have to drive to Jacksonville for a procedure/test.

First visit with Dr Nan Jiang, she was very helpful, getting me help with my husband. It has be overwhelming and she took charge to get medicine and outside help. I appreciated the time and effort She gave us.

Dr. Jiang was very thorough and explained results of my evaluation, current recommendations, and follow-up care options. She answered all of my questions and included my spouse in the process. She developed a pleasant rapport with both of us.

It took me 4 months to have to wait to get this appointment. Ridiculous. We need more neurologists closer to where I live also. It takes approximately 45/50 mins to drive to Leland.
