Dr. Alston was all I expected her to be. I feel really comfortable in her care

This was my first visit with Brittany and I had a very pleasant experience. She is extremely personable and I felt comfortable discussing any concerns that I had with her. I would definitely recommend her as a primary care provider to my friends and family.

Overall, a great visit! While I don’t think it’s any fault of Brittany, I noticed I wasn’t asked if there was anything I wanted to discuss during my visit. On myChart (during appointment scheduling/pre-visit paperwork), I was asked what I wanted to discuss at the appointment but that wasn’t brought up by Novant staff. I brought up the health concern during the end of visit and Brittany was very responsive and listened to me.

My Doctor and the staff is amazing. I always look forward to my visits there. Everyone is just so friendly and I am so comfortable when I go there.
