My experience was great! Dot got me ready for my appointment with Brittany, PA. Brittany takes excellent care of me all the time. My lab experience was great as well. The ladies at check in and check out were very friendly and courteous. My CMA went the extra mile to find a working blood pressure cuff to fit my arm. This was my 1st visit here. Had to find a doctor. I moved back Charlotte NC. Dr. Alston was attentive to my concerns, about my health.

Overall, a great visit! While I don’t think it’s any fault of Brittany, I noticed I wasn’t asked if there was anything I wanted to discuss during my visit. On myChart (during appointment scheduling/pre-visit paperwork), I was asked what I wanted to discuss at the appointment but that wasn’t brought up by Novant staff. I brought up the health concern during the end of visit and Brittany was very responsive and listened to me.

My Doctor and the staff is amazing. I always look forward to my visits there. Everyone is just so friendly and I am so comfortable when I go there.
