Jan 2024I was forgotten in the waiting room. I arrived at 2:30pm. My appointment was at 2:50pm and I finally went up to the reception desk at 3:25pm and asked if the surgeon was running late. They said no. I said I have been here since 2:30pm. They asked me what time my appointment was and I told them 2:50pm. They had forgotten me. Then I was called by the nurse and she had no idea why I was there. She asked if I was there for a recheck from Gallbladder SX. I was shocked. I had to tell her I had a Gastric Sleeve. She then said, ohhh Bariatric. By this time I was fuming. This has never happened before so needless to say I was a bit shocked.
