Everyone I encountered was very helpful and professional and very pleasant. When I left I thought that I WAS very grateful TO HAVE SUCH A CARING MEDICAL team.

Although I was called to the exam room at my appointment time, I then had to wait 15-20 minutes to see the PA. In the meantime, I could hear several people talking and laughing down the hall. As soon as that conversation stopped, the PA came to see me. I feel as though they were wasting my time with a personal conversation. In addition, the PA did not seem to know anything about me or my concerns. I had to explain everything and had to do that more than once because she clearly was not truly listening.

First time I saw this PA.. she was very thorough answered my concerns..would see her again

Making the appointment was quite a chore. At least four different phone conversations in three weeks. I was told that I would get a call back to schedule, which never came. Finally, I called again and insisted on an appointment and got it. However, I am very happy with the Doctors, nurses and staff.

My status and recent experience were fully updated, including an EKG prior to me visit with Ellen, who had clearly fully reviewed my pertinent history before seeing me. A great experience with this PA. Took plenty of time to explain all facets of my care and was not in a rush. Probably the most "enjoyable" visit to a healthcare professional I've ever experienced.

My husband I were extremely impressed with Ellen. She answered our questions to our throughly.

The only issue I had was the appointment time. The referee gave me the procedure time. I made transport arrangements and afterward found out I was to arrive an hour earlier. Schedule time should be handled from the patients point of view to not leave anyone feeling their importance has been overlooked. Otherwise great!

Ellen was so nice. It was so nice to see her, last time I seen her, I was on death bed. She answered my questions, showed my pictures of my pacemaker. Thank you to all the Novant staff for taking care of me.

Always a good experience with the heart staff.

I'm nervous having been diagnosed w/Afib and this being my first encounter. Ellen Klaenhammer was most impressive and I now feel as if I am in good hands. The facility is also impressively large and clean, indicating a direct effort to make an individual comfortable in a medical situation. I visited both locations there at 1500 physicians dr.

I felt I was in very competent hands. The doctor listened to all my concerns and gave excellent feedback. I left with a greater sense of knowledge

Not allowing the patient to schedule an appointment 6 months out and making the patient responsible for setting up the follow up appointment 3 months later is unreasonable. The office should call or text a reminder.
