Lisa was amazing. In fact, there were two Lisa's that I saw. So refreshing to be treated with respect and have questions answered.

It couldn't have been better. I felt confident in the care I was given and in the answers to my questions. Lisa W is very personable, as is the nurse, whose name I think is also Lisa.

Great group of people to take care of my needs. I would recommend them to others.

I will give my opinion that two staffing the check in area is not enough. I watched each visit as these ladies are doing all they can but they need someone to help them. The staff are doing excellent work and should be commended and rewarded. The entire staff does a great job.

My visit after surgery was good I feel that they can be a little more sympathy for you when taking off bandages and pulling drainage tubes.

2 appts were changed due to weather & Dr called for emergency surgery-not a problem at all for me. Saw Nurse Practitioner for my appointment-I was extremely pleased with her attention to detail and experience. I feel confident that I got a very good exam and would ask for her again if I need another appt.

Nurse Lisa was very professional and personable. She went through all my medical information and answered my questions. I appreciate her knowledge and experience. Lisa was wonderful, knowledgeable, gentle, caring, concerned. She made my stitch removal ok and knew some could not yet come out and showed me how to aid the healing around the small open incision

My care while there was great. But I got really sick afterwards. Called spoke with the nurse. She was suppose to call the dr. I never got a call back. Made me feel really upset. Still no call

Everybody was extremely nice and very attentive and concerned with my needs. I appreciate all that you and your staff do on a daily basis I know it's probably overlooked most of the time but I truly appreciate all that y'all do have a blessed night

Lisa was amazing. She answered all my questions and my husband about what was going on after my surgery. She put us at ease about what was going on& Very easy to talk to. Dr. Hooks followed up with a phone call that night to make sure we were comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend this office anyone and everyone. I am in great hands with this practice. , Dr. Hooks, Lisa & Jordan are the best!!!?

Excellent service

Both of the people I saw were wonderful and attentive and made me feel extremely comfortable and informed.

My appointment was at 11:00. I arrived 15 minutes prior per guidelines. I was not seen until 11:50. I was never told of the delay, because a provider had emergency surgery and his schedule was moved over on other provider. Then I was supposed to have labs done and left in a room for 45 minutes waiting on someone from the lab to come get me. I left and if I had a choice I would not go back. I should have told of the delay at check in. Instead, I was there over 2 hours. I would have canceled and rescheduled.

I could not have asked for Lisa and Lisa to be more professional and courteous. They were totally centered on making me feel comfortable and well cared for.

Often times, I might be nervous with an unknown provider . I was so at ease with Lisa. She was excellent with showing me the x-ray and explaining what was going on with my hernia. My son was with me and was also very impressed with Lisa . Edwin was also great with help getting the info he needed to get me checked in. I am grateful for the way I was treated! Many thanks!!
