Dr. Reed is awesome!

It seems like you’re kind of rushed on appointments and there should be a feeling of genuine concern rather than in and out. Doctors go right to their computer, ask you a couple of questions while sitting at their computers, check your lungs/heart, back to the computer, send off for your prescription and “ see you next time” all in about, seems like 5 minutes. Just the feeling and perception I get.

Dr Reed acts as if I am a bother He did not know about test and results he ordered for me. When we were done he sprinted out of the room. I was his first appointment after lunch and he was 20 minutes late getting to me.

I had questions and the dr answered them all. He was very attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Reed was understanding and clear on diagnosis, treatment and prescription options. He took the time to explain and answered all questions. I felt he truly was concerned and encouraging for myself to execute his treatment plan.

Dr. Reed ia agreat, knowlegeable, expert in his practice. I like him.

I trust him and his staff with my life...literally!

This was my first visit - just moved here. I will need tests done and an follow-up visit. Dr Reed was very professional - he listened to my concerns, asked relevant questions and even called me later for an update. It’s my first visit but I am feeling very good about being Dr Reed’s patient.

Location and cleanliness of the office. Ample parking at the facility and easy to navigate plus the wait time to see the Dr. was short and appropriate with the Dr. exhibiting excellent bed-side manner.

Front desk staff were amazing kind personalities very pleasant and the nurse that did blood pressure took blood etc... was also great. And Dr. Reed is super great!!!

Dr. Reed and the entire staff makes you feel like you are the most important person being serviced during the visit. My wife and I feel fortunate that we were able to get Dr. James Reed as our primary physician since recently moving here from Maryland 7 months ago. Our primary health care was with Johns Hopkins in Maryland and we feel Novant is certainly in the same class.

Like always the visits to my doctor are easy to coordinate, the service is great, and don't have to wait a lot of time.

The reception staff are two very special ladies. They immediately made feel welcomed. The assistant was excellent in taking the blood samples.
