My passion for healthcare comes from the balance of clinical science and meaningful human connection. That combination drew me to primary care and, more specifically, to diabetes management and preventive care. In my opinion, Korie Lambert has gone above and beyond in her treatment of me as a patient. Upon announcing to her my retirement plans, she discussed with me several medical scanning options and opportunities I was eligible for based on my medical history and current insurance coverage. Following her direction and advice, a tumor on my liver was revealed. I had never experienced any symptoms; labs were always normal. Korie's skill and gift of listening and understanding her patients, pointed me in the right direction for treatment and, fortunately for me, a "cure" for my liver cancer. I am forever grateful.
