The whole ordeal was amazing.

I have recommended other people to her. She's the best primary care provider I have had in my 68 years of life.

During the visit I expressed a concern of a particular problem that I was experiencing. There was some point in the visit that I did not like the way she talked to me. She asked me " DID YOU NOT HEAR WHAT I JUST SAID ??" This was said In an elevated tone etc. After stating this, she immediately looked back ( with eyes wide open) at the student that was with her. Etc. It was as If I was her or A child or something. I was In shock. It was very inappropriate. However, I have never seen that side of her during the few times that I have visited her. I have worked in some part of healthcare for over 25 years. I do understand that it can get frustrating. I just believe that we need to be mindful of our choice of words/verbal and even out nonverbal.

Korie is great.

Korie listened to me without judgement, was very encouraging, and thanked me for coming in to be able to get myself on track with a plan in place. I felt very hopeful leaving the office.
