Dr. Spencer listened to me carefully, prescribed necessary tests based on my health complaints, and explained the test results to me via the Novant messaging system within hours after they came back. This was an annual physical. I have been coming to this physician for over 30 years. I have NEVER been told that "time is up" and I'd have to schedule another appointment to discuss things. This is an annual physical that you are supposed to be able to discuss concerns. As you get older and have more health problems, more time is needed and appts should be based on that..not a specific time. This is a Novant issue and not the doctor's fault. I feel Novant has become more about quantity($$$) over quality.
