She took her time to explain and make me feel at ease
We saw Mikayla Rafte 3 different times and every time her service was exemplary! From her warm compassionate bedside manner to the high quality of care she provided. She listened carefully to concerns and had respect for our views and personal choices. Honestly I can't adequately say enough to express our gratitude!
She listened and understood the situation and referred me appropriately for imaging.
Makayla did a good job with caring for Elsie. She did not explain the process of returning a urine sample to the clinic. She also didn't explain the combination cream and how she could also order the creams separately. Insurance doesn't pay for the combination creams, so it would've been better to send the 2 ingredients separately to the pharmacy. I learned something from this process too.
